I have to say, WOW! I mean, ID is awesome for making clients for linux.

Someone playing Quake Wars on his P4 D 2.8 ghz with a nvidia card. It runs really smooth. Probably faster than XP with the same hardware and Vista.
Minimum System Requirements
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 2.8 GHz or AMD(R) Athlon(TM) XP 2800+ processor (Pentium 4 3.0GHz or equivalent for Windows Vista)
Sorry for this old information, but it's still pretty amazing a mainstream game running smoother on Linux than Windows.
