I have a Toshiba L355D-S7809 Laptop (fairly new) on which I recently installed Ubuntu, setting up a dual-boot with Vista. When I first booted into Ubuntu, everything worked with the exception of my wireless card, an Atheros 5700G. I installed the madwifi drivers, and my system tells me that they are working. However, my card seems to not be recognized. Making this more difficult is the fact that the only internet access available to me is through a nearby wireless AP, meaning that I have to boot into Vista in order to use it. Please help!
