kubuntu-docs errors when installing anything

hey need a little help here

if i try to load ANYTHING i get an error with kubuntu-docs?

even when i try to reload kubuntu-docs through synaptic i get this error

i think we may be getting somewhere but i still get a kubuntu-docs error
at the end of the script.

i am still getting this same error anytime i install anything. i am running a system upgrade now and after i "fetch" all 435 of these files, it is going to try and install them and i am sure to get the kubuntu-docs error that i have gotten for the past 6 months. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
