usb install live only?

Is there anyway to convert my usb live ubuntu to a normal session so I can keep my users and such? And settings?

If you have a 4 GB Flash Drive you can install to it like to a Hard Drive

I have a 8 gb cruzer sandisk.

I found a Wubi installer but it will only let me install to my C drive.
