I noticed a space error thread about DeVeDe. However, the issue remains unsolved. I am using Ubuntu 8.04 o top of Microsoft Windows XP Home on a Toshiba Satellite M55-S135. The computer has a total of 80 Gb hard disk of which about 16 GB is allocated to Wubi.
One thing that might be of interest is that there may be a correlation between percent of the to be disk filled and the chances of a space error. I rarely see the space error at around 30% but it becomes more pronounced at about 50%. Does that even make any sense?
