Windows 3.1

Well, I got myself ahold of some old windows 3.1 and dos disk backups(install disks backed up long ago to a network share) and I would love to set it up in virtual box... but alas, I not only find myself without any floppy disk, but i don't even have a floppy drive anymore.

Is there anyway to create a floppy disk image without the disk?
