View Full Version : [other] install Windows 98 via ubuntu onto an external hdd

hey guys...

i need some help or was woundering if it is possible for me to install 95 (original) onto an external hdd so i dont need to use that actual pc that that hdd is gonna be installed on since after a restart on it 98 setup is erased on the format... since it has no cd drive (not detected by bios) on a dell desktop g1 with 128mb ram or reccomend any good other alternatives to ms? like linux, solaris or something that might work on the oldie?
