Hi, My Screensaver Preferences (in Gnome) seems to be stuck on BioF which is causing to freeze up so that I can't change it to Blank Screen. The only way I can then close it is by using a force close. How can I get out of this and change the screensaver?

Run "Gnome Config" via gconf-editor, find "gnome-screensaver" section either by searching or manually (i think under "apps"), change "theme" value to something else.

Tried and worked. Thank you very much. As a newbie I'm really impressed with the quality of support within the Linux community.

Regards and respect
