opengl32.dll problem with sim city 4

I'm trying to play sim city 4 using wine. I have a no-cd executable and upon doing wine simcity4.exe I get:

Does anyone know what to do?

It seems this missing opengl32.dll is a common problem with world of warcraft. The problem, more over, apparently is often associated with xorg.conf. However, I don't feel comfortable monkeying around with xorg.conf.
