Srcds on ubuntu server, cant connect

for some hours ago i finished setup on my new CS:S server...

i started it... no errors... then i tried to connect... i didnt find it on lan... and i tried to connect true the console... nothing...

Is there anything special i must do on ubuntu server...?
i dont have ufw activated either...

can somone please help me?
