VICE 2.0 is out.
Just a heads up for the Commodore fans.

I compiled it with these options (I recommend the gnomeui option, if you um, use gnome :D )
./configure --with-sdl --enable-fullscreen --enable-gnomeui

edit: but the fullscreen mode is still broken. :(

I'd say the fullscreen mode is quite usable. It's keeping it proportionate (I'm on a 17" laptop at 1920 x 1200), it's using the full width, just not centered vertically.
I'd take that over distortion/stretching though.
For those wondering, if you have fullscreen support enabled, press alt + d to toggle windowed/fullsceen

Actually was tweaking some of the SID settings, poked around, and there is a mode that works perfectly for fullscreen (at least did the trick here, so try it if you have full screen troubles...) :D

Thanks for the --enable-gnomeui tip, VICE looks much nicer now.
The fullscreen mode doesn't work for me but luckily there's always Compiz. I just use Windows key + mouse wheel to zoom in and Windows key + L to lock it there. Quite handy :)
