Network manager acting weird

I'm experiencing lately weird things with network manager. When I logged in in Ubuntu then I have to put in my password for my wireless connection. In the past network manager started up and I had an internet connection without giving my password. Sometimes I have to give in the password more then one time.

How can I fix this ?
