Unable to Detect my linksys wireless-g card

Hello,
i installed a lynksys wireless-g pci adapter card.
but ubuntu wont detect it.
ive looked and WMP54GS seems to be supported.
ive installed 2 drivers via ndiswrapper.
but when i installed the drivers. it said no hardware.
my network settings doesnt have a wireless option.
only wired connection. and point to point connection

any help would be appreciated.
