Mac Mini Compatibility?

I am getting a Mac Mini in a few weeks and I was wondering how I install Ubuntu and Windows on it like in this video http://youtube.com/watch?v=hORXsK7jPIs. He shows how to install Ubuntu but he doesn't show us how he installed Windows.

Anybody?

Also is there any issues with the hardware.

There are triple boot guides all over in the forums. It is generally the same for all Macs. The Macbook Pro wiki page has a lot of detail:

The Mac Minis are pretty compatible. I think that most everything will work out of the box. You may have some troubles with the WiFi, but that should be solved with an a newer version of madwifi.

Everything worked just fine out of the box on my mac mini (1.8 GHz Core 2 Duo), no tweaking was needed. Ubuntu 8.04.
