I was in a car driving back home (Passenger) and I saw this auction sale (in a garage) and I noticed a Macintosh Classic. So I asked if I could see it again and it looked like a Macintosh Classic, or a Macintosh 128K. All I know it was either one of those 2 I think it was a macintosh classic. It was an auction :( If it was a garagesale I would of checked the price if it was under $20 I would buy it lol.:lolflag:
I don't know if this kinda of post belongs here though. Sorry if it doesn't.
For anybody who doesn't know what the Macintosh Classic look it looks like this:

I had a Mac Plus, in 1990, bought 2nd hand very cheap, it was a change from the Amiga's which I was very heavily into at the time, but I found the Plus to pretty quickly become boring, having a monochrome display surely didn't help it either!
Did the classic have a larger screen size than the Plus?

ahhh yes... there were many different models of the "classic" before they made one called the "mac classic"... the wikipedia article about them is pretty good (i just took a nostalgic look at it a few weeks ago)...
this was the first computer i can remember ever using. my mom was a terrible writer and she used that crappy computer... then she "upgraded" to a performa... i remember being blown away by.... COLOR! ON THE MONITOR!!! OMG!!!

Heh, I used to play Where In Time is Carmen Sandiego. I also enjoyed Spacestation Pheta.
The Classic had a straight slit for a floppy drive. The older machines (the 128k, 512k, and the Plus) had a little rectangular bezel on the right-hand side of the floppy slot.
