compiz problem

my graphics card 252 MB intel graphicsmedia accelarar 3100X, ok
here is the problem I make all my settings with appearance I go to
appearance and enable the visual effects option , then in advance desktop settings I set up my cube and stuff and then it stops working and I go to
appearance and visual effects and the boxes are unchecked and even when I checkmark a box my compiz doesnt work , what the hell is going on any help.
why does the visual effects become uncheckmarked because thats what is
screwing up my compiz.

ok I found something more once I enable the desktop cube it asks me to disable or says to disable desktop wall
and once that happened the visual effects in appearance were all turned off

Are you running fusion-icon?
Loading that at startup might help you out a bit.
add a script to .kde/Autostart/
to load fusion-icon and as long as your settings stick for the reboot (I had to remove simple ccsm) you should be all set.
