I tried to open a MIDI file on my computer, and my Install/Remove Applications window opened up, telling me kmid was the only program able to play MIDI files. I installed it, but the MIDI file seems to play with no sound.
I would have followed the instructions in the sticky, but I've been a Windows user up until very recently, and I have no idea what a "shell" or "terminal" is.
So, could anyone help me out, or give me some more new-user-friendly advice? Thanks :D
