can i download oracle application server 10g R 2 or R 3
in ubuntu 8.4 hardy ?
if it possiple how can i install it ??

If you have an Oracle user name and password you can download the program. A search in google found this:

You can get the "Express Edition" ( http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/xe/index.html ), there's a .deb for it, so it shouldn't be hard to install.
