RSS Feeds?

Something just struck me as I was doing my normal morning run over the ABT and Desktop Support forums. Can we make an option to have RSS feeds to a thread instead of subscribing? That way I can use like a Panel plugin to monitor threads I'm helping in instead of getting an email every night at midnight...

change the forumid to the forumid that shows up when you hover over one of the forum sections.

As far as individual posts, I'm not sure. Any admins care to shed light?
