Well a lots of new functions, more stable, bug fixes...
I think we can have a nice and new .deb in Breezy ;)

How do you install Licq?
Tried 'apt-get install licq' but that don't work. I have Brezy Badger installed.

It is in the universe...
All you have to do is to enable universe in your /etc/apt/sources.list
Here is quick link:
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/l/licq/

But anyway you can't get 1.3.2 from there... The latest there is 1.3.0
