View Full Version : Online Courseware

July 22nd, 2008, 05:01 PM

I just checked the Learning sticky and saw that it contains material mostly related to programming. And I remember there was a thread for book recommendations on various topics of computer science.

I just wanted to start a thread for sites which offer courseware that offer enthusiasts the opportunity to do a course online.

I came across iberry (http://www.iberry.com)which has a compilation of lectures from all over the world, including MIT's OCW. Then, there's Stanford University's channel on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/user/stanforduniversity)which hosts a few talks as well.

I welcome people to share such sites. Thanks.

Check this one out as well http://www.oculture.com/2007/07/freeonlinecourses.html

maybe you need to spend 15 minutes searching, find that thread, and ask LaRoza to add link to it to sticky FAQ.

if not, here are good sources:

ok.. Thanks. Maybe there's a similar post already and that's why people haven't responded to this. Never mind.
