View Full Version : [ubuntu] Wifi connects, but I can't access the Internet

I've been using Ubuntu just fine for a while. I recently installed Guard Dog but it was giving me problems so I removed it. My connection still establishes fine, but I can't access the Internet--everything just times out like I had no connection.

I attached my iptables--I'm pretty sure they're screwed up, but I have no idea how to fix them if they are.

If someone could help me I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks.

EDIT:

I looked at my log files--when I log in Guard Dog updates the iptables (I double checked and Guard Dog was removed).

I also attached a log file of what my firewall is blocking, and my ifconfig.

Update:

I flushed my iptables and I can connect now. Still, whenever I reboot Guarddog re-writes them and my connection is blocked and I can't figure out how to make it stop.
