I'm running a 7.10 backend and a 7.10 frontend, and I also have regular Ubuntu 7.10 with the mythfrontend package installed on my desktop.
I have a PVR150 and a PVR500 in the backend which is a P4 2.4Ghz with 2G of RAM. Plenty of horse power. I have 3 channels where the audio is always out of sync (on both frontends). The worst channel (14), I have to +200 the audio sync to make it match the lips. The other two channels are not as bad, but noticeable. Is there a way to permanently lock the audio skew to a value?
It may be moot, since I'll be upgrading to 8.04 soon - I do not remember having these issues when running another (and older) myth distro for the backend. I also do not get any audio sync issue when the TV is hooked straight to the cable either.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
