I've just installed a new remote FE only (8.04.1) for a second television.
The master FE/BE is 8.04.
The problem is that only recordings made (on the master FE/BE) before 7-14 are accessible to the FE only box.
I checked permissions and found ownership of all the recordings was "ahavi - something" changed owner/group to mythtv and made permissions 775 but they still aren't visible to the FE although they play fine on the master machine.
I'm stumped.
Everything is default, recording/storage groups, etc.
