hello, I have an old power pc IBook g4, and am wondering, are there any linux OS's that install to and/or boot from the pen drive? as I would like to install a linux os for programming.

Well, current ubuntu or debian and others.
This is one way, works with ubuntu ppc 804 desktop on an iBookG4

But you can also just install to a usb stick using the Alternative install Cd (text based and better options ) giving a better installation, and easier to do.
However, usb sticks are slow to install and run.

Thanks! I'll see if I can get my friend to set it up on my pendrive cause for some reason cds wont fit in the cd drive (no not a mini cd or other cd lol)
