Updating Compiz Fusion?

Is there anyway to update Compiz Fusion to its most recent release? I am using the Compiz Fusion that came bundled with Ubuntu 7.10 and I was wondering if I could somehow update to the newest version and get some shiny , new eyecandy:)

Any suggestions?

Thanks. I am using Ubuntu 7.10, so I replaced "hardy" with "gutsy". I ran the update manager, but it didn't come up with anything. The repositories may just have not been updated yet. I will keep running the update manager, though.
