Dual Monitors Fullscreen Problem with Games

Hi People,

I have recently got two dell 17" monitors and a nvidia 8800GT. I have everything running perfectly except one thing. When I start a game up in fullscreen mode, Eve Online to be exact, it expands over two monitors :confused:. Does anyone know how to get fullscreen games to be full screen on one monitor instead of spreading over both? Thanks
