Adding a wallpaper background in Nautilis

Hi, I went into Nautilus and did Edit/Backgrounds and Emblems

and added a new pattern - some wallpaper I liked.

However, there's a slight problem. I hoped the wallpaper would smoothly repeat itself as I scroll down a long frame but instead theres a glitchy gap before the wallpaper repeats (see screenshot).


Anyone know if it can be fixed?

That ghosting, or interference or whatever you want to call it happened to me when I tried to so the same thing. I had to get out of nautilus and then back in and it was fine. I'm using Mint now, and so far no issues with that.
