Minimize?maximize tabs gone on Firefox

How do I get back the minimize/maximize option on firefox? I can't seem to be able to do that with Firefox.

I have the same problem. I use ALT+Space to bring up the "System Menu" (an old Windows trick).

Yeah, that happens sometimes.
What you can do is, go to View, and click on Fullscreen, you'll get a minimize button there, click on that and then you should be fine.

Thanks, I got it. None of the apps had the minus or plus tab on the upper left. That happened when I changed themes. I guess now I know to expect that, even my compiz settings were altered. Thanks for the awesome help.
