How can I get Kiba Dock for all the users?

easiest way i know is if its installed.. which i'm guessing it is, go to system > preferences > sessions and add kiba-dock in there for every user

That didn't work unless I missed something. I had it in there to start on start up any way. And I didn't see anything for other users.
