hi...i want to know how to change the one that i circled on the pic..

I am going to assume you mean the window title font. Goto System--> Preferences --> Appearance. Click the font tab. Click on "Window title font" and change it to whatever you like.
If that wasn't your problem, please be more specific.

It's probably smarter to assume he's using Emerald by the looks of it.

System->Preferences->Emerald Theme Manager

Go to the "Edit themes" tab. Then the "Title bar" tab. Then in the top-rightish, there is an option for font.

I figured it was something like that, just didn't want to confuse anyone by telling him to change something he doesn't have. Good catch though:)

sorry for not being specific...i didnt really know what its called but now i do...what i want to change is the theme...cuz i installed the redshift theme and now i dont know how to change it...

Still assuming you use Emerald:

Go to System->Preferences->Emerald Theme Manager

and change the theme.

If you aren't using Emerald, go to System->Preferences->Appearances and change the theme there.
