.wmv video resolution convert

hello , for my zen i want to convert a video so it can go on my zen, it needs to be resized to 320x240 , how do i do that in ubuntu?
can anybody help me?

wmv encoding in linux supports only wmv version2
wmv version 9 is not support (encoding) so you will not able to encode into wmv version 9

then your zen what do you mean ? do you want answer ? well you have to write better your problems or none will write...
