MD5Sum mismatch
I managed to locate the file elsewhere and installed it, but I thought I would inform you guys.
Current Workaround
wget http://debian.goldweb.com.au/debian/pool/main/f/fftw/fftw2_2.1.3-16_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i fftw2_2.1.3-16_i386.deb
