Help with wubi, separate dled iso

Hello, i downloaded wubi, filename called Wubi-8.04.1-rev506, but the download times were so bad i thought i would be able to download the iso separate, i had a look and found one post that said download the alternate version and put it in the same directory, the filename of the iso is called gobuntu-8.04.1-alternate-i386. I tried this but it says error has occured during file check. So what do i do now :lolflag:

There is a way to check the file to make sure you have the correct size. MD5 Sum or something like that. I forget off the top of my head.

It is possible the download is incomplete or corrupt.

Wubi uses the DESKTOP ISO, the alternate one will not work.
