Request updated Stan's Python Editor aka SPE

The current repo version, 0.7.5.c, is outdated and buggy. The latest version is 0.7.5.f which fixes a lot of bugs, in particular stability running in linux. Would be great if someone could package up the new version and put it in the repository.
