Wine custom .exe resolutions

Is there a way to force a program to run in windowed mode, even if you specify in winecfg not to? For example, when I run WoW I want it to run fullscreen, but when I play Fallout I want it in a small window. Thanks!

In winecfg just add application then configure for just that application. I do this with CSS and Ventrilo.

Aside from settings the windows version, how do you go about that in the Applications tab?

Just make sure that the application you want to configure is highlighted then go to the graphics tab and adjust as needed.
