Move the location of Absolute Beginners (Solved)

I'm not sure what the difference is between support and absolute beginners, but if absolute beginners means absolute beginners, why aren't they closer to the top of the main page (above the fold)?

People who don't know how to find things shouldn't have to scroll to the way bottom to realize where the most appropriate place to find answers for them is.
