Ok so my wireless card was working, i had the network "monitor" on my computer, but not the network "manager" maybe that's the other way around...i didn't have the bars in the upper right hand corner that shows the connection to the router anyhoo. I downloaded manager...monitor? whatever and restarted the computer then lo and behold it was working. needless to say i was elated. then the connection stopped working, so i went into the network monitor...manager? and clicked the check box by wireless network and unchecked the box by wired network and the bars in the upper right hand corner disappeared.......how do i get the bars back? please help
