I am looking for a program that will let me manually edit Ubuntu. Either by installing to HD, editing what I want, then making an installable Live-CD, or using a Live-CD remaking it and then making my own installable disk from it. Anyone know a program I can use for this? I was using Ubuntu Customization Kit but it isn't really what I'm looking for.

Example: Install Ubuntu-> Make the Changes I want (themes, icons, app's) -> Make Live-CD/DvD-> Take to another computer -> Run the Live-CD/DvD-> install it just like it was on the old PC.

If anyone could help with this I'd be thankful. It's for a project I'm running for our LAN/Game convention at my college campus this August.

Both look like viable options but given my time constraints and skill level I'll go with the second one using my desktop as a fresh install. Thanks for the quick replies and help!
