View Full Version : [ubuntu] Touchpad "hold" feature??

Is there a way to enable a "hold" feature on my touchpad? i.e. when scrolling to keep the scroll bar selected when I take my finger off the touchpad, would also be useful when using the cube without my trackball.
It's available in windows so I imagine you can do it in Linux too, I just don't know how.

I'm not quite sure of this but you can have the "Continue scrolling on an edge" feature that keeps the cursor moving even when you reach the edge. I think you are looking for Click Lock which isn't available for Ubuntu yet..

Thank you for the reply, the click lock is what I am looking for...now that I know it's not available yet, I can quit racking my brain looking for a way to make it work, thought it was something I was doing wrong.
Hopefully someone will come up with a fix for this before too long.
