Monitor fade

Hi i installed in my work ubuntu to work ( i am the first how kicked Windows ) but i encountered a strange problem the monitor constantly fades the lights and i have to click on aplications to see normal . but its like a someone non stop turning on and off the light .... how can i fix that ?

thats just the defualt screensaver. just go to "System > screensavers" and change the settings

ok i changed it but no result . and the screensaver activates after 10 min and that problem is after 1-2 secounds.
