optiplex 740 dell drivers

Hi, I would like to know where I can find drivers for the monitor of my computer. My computer is an Optiplex 740 Dell. The Model No. of the monitor is E178FPc.

SOLVED;

Only needed to install the driver from my graphic card by using the hardware driver tool.
