Need to convert flac to mp3

I looked but couldn't find a solution.
I've tried SoundConverter but the highest it goes is 256kbps and I want to convert my mp3's to 320kbps. I need a simple solution to this.
I'm using Ubuntu 7.10/Gutsy Gibbon, if it matters any.
