Adobe flash on youtube

Hi guys, I started using ubuntu today (to give it a try and test it out) and have installed everything sucessfully. I can view media listen to songs etc. But, I have one problem, the frame rate on youtube is extremely slow. I can literally see the pictures moving like its a slideshow. I tried reinstalling flash player but it looks like the picture is the same. Can someone give me instructions on what to do please. Thanks in advance.

Ug. That's probbly because Adobe put zero effort into Flash for Linux. Also, it could be Compiz slowing it down.
Try searching the forums for how to install Adobe's latest Flash, it helped a little for me.
