Hardy Heron On Inspiron 1420 Shutsdown Automatically

I had this issue 3 times till now and 2 out of those 3 times it happened while I was watching a flash movie online in My Firefox 3 browser. Hardy Heron shuts itself down without any warning and powers off the machine.

My machine is Dell Inspiron 1420 and am running Ubuntu 8.04.Below is the uname output:

Any idea as to how to identify the root cause?
