I've uninstalled Evolution and after rebooting my Ubuntu I didn't had a desktop anymore. I could not even see my background. When I login it stays on the braun screen.

I've chosen for a complete uninstall of Evolution. So I think I uninstalled the desktop to. How do I get back my desktop?

(Note: I don't have acces to the internet with that pc)

Please help me!!!

You probably installed every package referred to by the ubuntu-desktop metapackage. Check if ubuntu-desktop is installed and reinstall it if it's been removed.

Typing "sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop" should do it. Make sure you have your Ubuntu CD handy, since you don't have a net connection.
