I installed the VDI file for Puppy Linux just to test. Its the first time im using VirtualBox.

It worked last night. I couldnt figure out how to get the mouse out of the PuppyLinux box so i had to restart the computer. Now when i go into VirtualBox and try and start Puppy it wants me to install again.

I go ahead and click to install and try to run but i get an error that keeps cycling itself saying somethng like.. "Cannot touch error"

Anyone had this happen before that can help?

Many Thanks!

You use the right CTRL button on the keyboard to get the mouse pointer out of the vbox window. It may just be easier to start a new virtual machine with a new .vdi file rather than trying to troubleshoot this. Once you have it installed, you can take a Snapshot of the VM so you can revert to it later if something like this occurs again.

Really?? I thought i would have to go through the setup bootprocess forever. So the snapshot (granted the environment is stable) will always take me to a stable environment? Very cool..
