Half of my win4lin is not in the right format...WHATS WRONG?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?

i dont know why but the folder name say that is in tar.gz but when i got to open the icons, they are in .png format. also the emerald themer thing isnt working... it isnt even a kind of program it more like a picture. NEED MASSIVE INSTRUCTIONS TOWARDS FIGUIRING OUT HOW TO USE V.0.4.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The tar.gz format is an archive file, just a container that holds ANY kind of file in a "compressed" format that takes up less space than a regular uncompressed file.

so how do i compress it back and make in to a tar.gz so i can get maximum usage out of my win4lin. and is there 1 way to compress them all into a folder so i dont have to load each one seperately
