I have set up Ubuntu on my Toshiba Satalite A 200 as dual boot with Windows Vista.

I have now managed to get Ubutu to detect my wireless network but it comes up with the message :

A passphrase or encryption key is required to access the wireless network "DLINK"

Windows on the Laptop connects straight to the wireless network.
I have a "DLINK" DSL -G604AT Wireless Router. Is there anyway I can get this Key or do I have to reset the the password on my router.

Thanks

You don't know your password for your wireless network?

No it was ages ago when i set it and I have never had to use it since,

so I will just have to change it.

Yes, change it (if u forgot it )
In some cases(like mine), it will only accept CAPITAL letters for some reason.

I fixed the problem by changing my password on my Modem Router , to something I will remember ...I hope
