External USB Hard Drive Choice

Hey all,

I'm after a USB hard drive to hold movies and act as a back-up for some documents too.

500GB (more is ok too). Id like it to take wall power, not USB power and it needs to only use one USB connector. It needs to be fast enough to stream movies from too.

Any ideas oh great hardware people? I wasreally tempted by the WD MyBook (http://www.ebuyer.com/product/136212), is this even Ubuntu compatible?

I am using such a hd formated to fat32 and I had no problems with it on Ubuntu yet. Though mine is called lacie.
